FAQs

  • we usually encourage our prescribers to provide 6 monthly supply prescription once you are stabilised on this specific medication. But to ensure your safety, we supply only on monthly basis and it would require you to request the medication again each month but we will help you with this. This way we avoid accumulating medicines unnecessarily and allows the clinicians to review your medication continuously.

  • Specialist pharmacists have earned either additional postgraduate certification or built extensive portfolio in their domain through direct experience in the field. This means that some have encountered inpatient admission or developed services within the NHS to ensure higher access to pharmacist services.

  • yes, some pharmacists earned a prescribing (Postgraduate Certificate) qualification. This means the pharmacist can step up to diagnose and prescribe medications. To ensure unbiased and safe practice if the pharmacist was to be your prescriber, we advice to only consult one prescriber at a time and we ensure the follow up is employed by another pharmacist with similar experience profile to your concern.

  • We will keep it simple, all we ask is to email us on help@rebloomlondon.com and give us a week before your next payment due to ensure we cancel it on time for you.

  • We aim to respond within two hours of your message to us.

  • Rebloom London currently welcomes private prescriber referrals only. However, we understand that some patients’ medications are dispensed through their GP.

Rebloom London does not dispense medicines itself and does not supply NHS medicines through this website.

We work alongside your private prescribers and our partner registered pharmacies to support your mental health medication. We want to support you wherever your prescriptions are managed, so our services are structured as follows:

    • Private prescriptions
For private prescriptions, we coordinate with our partner pharmacies to arrange the preparation and delivery of your medication. Your medicines are always dispensed by a registered pharmacy, and we provide clear, customised instructions to help you understand how and when to take them safely.

    • NHS prescriptions
For NHS prescriptions, your medication is supplied and delivered (or collected) through your usual NHS pharmacy, in line with NHS rules. We can help you communicate with your local pharmacy and plan how to get your medication, but we do not control or intervene in how NHS prescriptions are dispensed or delivered
