Our subscription service provides comprehensive ongoing mental health medication support, including:
• Consultations via video call, phone.
• WhatsApp support during business hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri)
• Monthly scheduled check-ins
• Ad-hoc support as needed within subscription
Professional Standards:
• Services provided by GPhC-registered specialist pharmacist
• Compliance with GPhC standards and NHS protocols
• Professional indemnity insurance maintained
• Confidential and GDPR-compliant service
4.2 Healthcare professional Services
- Patient referral system for psychiatrists and GPs
- Clinical progress updates for referring providers
- Collaborative medication management
- Secure communication channels for professional correspondence5. APPOINTMENT AND BOOKING
5.1 Booking Process

6.3 SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (HOLISTIC REBLOOM) Service Name: Holistic Rebloom Subscription Pricing: - Monthly fee: £40 per month - Trial period: First 3 months free - First charge: Automatically processed 90 days after subscription date - Billing cycle: Monthly recurring on the same date What's Included: - Initial 90-minute comprehensive medication review - Monthly medication check-ins - Unlimited WhatsApp support - GP and psychiatrist coordination - Side effect monitoring - Medication delivery coordination Payment Terms: - Payment method stored securely via Stripe - Automatic monthly billing - Failed payment: Service suspended after 2 failed attempts - Price changes: 30 days notice provided
Payment Authorization:
- By subscribing, you authorize Rebloom London to store your payment information securely via Stripe and automatically charge your payment method £40 per month after the 3-month trial period
- You authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime by emailing help@rebloomlondon.com
- No cancellation fee
- Takes effect at end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or payments already made
- Trial cancellation: Cancel during trial with no charges
Modification:
- We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with 30 days notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available for recurring charges
- Notifying us of any payment method changes via help@rebloomlondon.com7. MEDICATION DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery Coordination - Rebloom coordinates medication delivery through local pharmacy partners - Delivery arranged based on patient location and pharmacy availability - Delivery timeframes vary by pharmacy and location - Prescription must be issued by your GP or psychiatrist (Rebloom does not prescribe) - Delivery fees (if any) are determined by the pharmacy - Rebloom is not responsible for pharmacy delivery delays or issues
